Do you just recruit ltd contractors or do you offer paye as well?

We generally recruit people  on a contractual basis, So people with a LTD company and have valid  insurance. You will not be accepted for a role unless you can prove in  date insurances. Public liability is a must the amount required is determined by the client.

PAYE is offered however you will need to come through an umbrella  company of your choice. We also have ones we can recommend!

How often do you pay contractors?

We are the only recruitment agency in the industry to offer such a service,  The Composite Engineer gives control of pay back to the contractor. If a contractor prefers weekly pay over monthly  this can be provided, due to an increase in admin costs for weekly  payroll there will be a small admin charge for this service. If a  contractor is happy with monthly payroll this is provided with no admin  charge.

All rates and charges are made apparent before  a contract begins.

What happens if I need to ring in sick?

If a  contractor cannot make it to work on a day that they are expected we ask that you inform us or your site manager as soon as possible, so we  can inform the client and arrange cover.

In an effort to encourage regularity in attendance cash bonuses are on  offer for contractors who complete agreed upon duration's with perfect attendance.

Do you supply working Visas for countries outside of the EU?

As a recruitment agency it is not down to us to supply working Visas to contractors. If you are outside the EU and you would like to work inside of it. You will either need a sponsor from  the Client ( This only really happens for permanent positions) Or apply and pay for your own working VISA, to be considered for roles inside  the EU and UK.

To be considered for any role through us you must again as stated before provide the right the work  and live in the UK/EU.
