We don't have the need for search websites and have our own database of competent contractors available for temporary and permanent positions.
With the majority of our workforce coming from within the industry we have been able to cut down on misplaced candidates and really refine the whole process.

CNC milling is the first and most complete process of any composite component, Its is a big area in composite manufacturing ranging from 3-axis to 7-axis. Shapes can be extremely complicated with sizes ranging from dental molds to Yacht molds, it is one of the most important part of getting a design in a composite part. Most of the G-codes made by CadCAM and AutoCAD make the process quick and work to minimal tolerances often less than 0.001.
One of the more recent advances in CNC programming is the supporting of parametric programming or ‘macros'. This allows programmers to make command lines for events, ‘IF’ statements, calculations, loops or subprogram calls can all help to create options to scale the size of parts to a particular clients needs. Manufacturers all over the composite industry use these machines to mill out complex shapes.
